Prairie States Inc helps Lenders to understand the Building Project and provides Professional Services to minimize the financial Risk.
Prairie States Inc verifies the cost of a building project by reviewing the contractor’s estimate for completeness and competitive pricing. We will verify the itemized material and labor breakdown of each of the sixteen (16) divisions in the contractor’s estimate. Prairie States Inc reviews all of the Construction Documents (Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts) to verify that they represent the intent of the project.
If requested, Prairie States Inc will provide an independent estimate for the Lender for comparison by having the drawings electronically downloaded into our estimating software. Prairie States Inc will meet with the Owner, Contractor, and Lender to discuss the review of the Project Budget.
