The principal owner at Prairie States Inc has been involved in the construction industry for over thirty-five years.
He started his career in the construction industry in 1972 working in both commercial and residential construction.
In 1979 he started his first construction company, became involved in residential development in the late 1980´s, and by 1995 had started a home construction company along with his other business ventures.
He started his own Home Construction Company because he wanted to provide a product that had architectural design and imagination with quality workmanship and products.
Many of his homes were sold during the different stages of construction which allowed him the opportunity to have conversations with the buyers about their questions, concerns and if they owned a previous home, their experiences.
He listened to his buyers and tried not to repeat the mistakes of other builders.
Within a few years he was able to show people that he could build an Affordable Home with architectural design, imagination, and quality products.
Referrals from his existing customers resulted in his getting involved in the Custom Home building market while still building Affordable Homes.
In 2001 he left the home construction market to take advantage of another business opportunity within the construction industry.
However he has never lost my desire to help people have a positive experience in home ownership. He knew he couldn´t build a home for everyone that wanted one but knew that there were things he can do to further his goal of being involved in the home construction industry.
He started Prairie States Inc to provide Consulting Services to both commercial and residential clients.
Prairie States Inc provides Total Services or Fractional Services to clients interested in building a New Home and to homeowners wanting to Remodel or build an Addition to their existing home.
Whether you live across the street or across the country, Prairie States Inc will represent your interests and communicate by telephone, conference calls, video conference calls, e-mail, electronic document transmittal, and when necessary a personal visit.
