Prairie States Inc goal is to provide common sense solutions and professional services to contractors, developers, construction managers, architects, and bankers.
We meet with our clients to review the building projects scope of work and what services are required. Prairie States Inc offers it´s clients the option of working by the Hour or by Contract.
Prairie States Inc also provides our clients either Total Services or Fractional Services for their building project. Once our clients work schedule becomes manageable and their staff becomes available, Prairie States Inc will turn the project over the client once their staff has been brought current on the project.
Our Professional Services are a direct job expense for the project in lieu of the clients company overhead.
Whether you´re across the street or across the country, Prairie States Inc will provide it´s services while staying in constant communication with our clients.
Since communication is critical in all relationships, we use one on one meetings, on-site visits where required, conference calls, video calls, e-mails, fax transmittal, and electronic document transmittal to accomplish our goal.
Prairie States Inc incorporates it´s estimating software with electronic documents from the design professionals to provide project costs from preliminary designs
to final drawings with breakdowns for all sixteen divisions.
We use Primavera Contractor software to establish a CPM Construction Schedule and input schedule of value dollars into the schedule to help with cash flow analysts.
We utilize Primavera Contract Manager to provide project contacts, logs, notices, correspondence, reports, and other management tasks.
Prairie States Inc is a member of the local building chapter of AGC and we use both AGC and AIA contracts and documents with all of our building projects.
